Doctor Who Giveaway!!! (REDUX)

I had some issues with the last giveaway I was doing. I could only view 200 notes of the 30,000 notes the post had. I worked with tumblr and they couldn’t help as having a giveaway with reblog or likes is against the Terms of Service. So, I changed it up to have a form to fill out.
